You’re gonna see more of Jose Mejia soon, but in the meantime, here’s a super-secret shot of his home shop and his reet Model A. This car is a real time machine of our era: it hasn’t been changed since the early Nineties and a few of the car clubs from those early days of the hot rod revival (late ’80s/early ’90s) crawled up and down all over this thing to figure out what Jose had done to put it together. This one car was a real game changer in the first years of a movement that changed everything. Believe that.
